These terms apply to the use of regalaltairadvertising.com and to quotations and orders placed with Regal Altair Advertising. By using the site or confirming an order, you agree to them.
1. Quotations
Quotations are based on the sizes, quantities, materials and artwork you provide. Prices and lead times may change if the specification changes, if a site visit shows different conditions, or if the quotation has expired. Website content and prices are for information only and do not form an offer.
2. Orders and approval
An order is confirmed once you accept the quotation in writing (email or WhatsApp) and pay any agreed deposit. Before production we send a design proof or mockup. Production starts only after you approve it, and you are responsible for checking spelling, sizes, colours and contact details on the proof.
3. Artwork and content
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, images, text and trademarks you send us. You are responsible for any claim arising from content you supply.
4. Colours and finish
Printed and illuminated colours can differ slightly from screens, proofs and earlier batches because of materials, lighting and ink. Small variations of this kind are not treated as defects.
5. Permits and site access
Unless agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for landlord, mall, free-zone, municipality or other approvals, and for safe access to the installation site, power supply and suitable mounting surfaces.
6. Payment
Payment terms are stated on each quotation or invoice. Goods remain the property of Regal Altair Advertising until paid in full. We may pause work or delivery on overdue accounts.
7. Delivery and installation
Lead times start after proof approval and deposit. We will keep you informed of any delay. Installation dates depend on site readiness and access.
8. Changes and cancellation
Changes after proof approval may affect price and timing. If an order is cancelled after production has started, you pay for the design work, materials and production completed up to that point. Custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
9. Defects
Please inspect items on delivery or installation and tell us about any defect within 7 days, with photos. If the fault is ours, we will repair, reprint or replace the item. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised alteration or normal wear is not covered.
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by UAE law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
11. Portfolio use
We may show photos of completed work in our portfolio and social media unless you ask us not to in writing.
12. Website use
Text, photos and designs on this site belong to Regal Altair Advertising or are used with permission, and may not be copied without consent.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
