4. Orders and Approval
- Production will begin only after customer approval of quotations, designs, mockups, dimensions, and specifications.
- Customers are responsible for verifying all spellings, dimensions, colors, and artwork before final approval.
- Regal Altair Advertising Agency is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
5. Design Files and Intellectual Property
- Customer logos, trademarks, artwork, and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.
- Customers confirm they have the legal rights to use any supplied content.
- Regal Altair Advertising Agency reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Payments
- Deposits or advance payments may be required before production begins.
- Full payment must be completed according to the agreed payment terms.
- Delayed payments may result in production or delivery delays.
7. Production and Delivery
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, material availability, and approval timelines.
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
- Customers should inspect products upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours.
8. Installation Services
- Installation schedules depend on site readiness and customer access permissions.
- Additional site visits caused by customer delays may incur extra charges.
9. Returns and Refunds
- Customized and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
- Refund requests for standard products will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Manufacturing defects reported within the specified period may qualify for repair or replacement.
10. Warranty
- Warranty coverage, where applicable, applies only to manufacturing defects.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, weather conditions, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
11. Limitation of Liability
